2024 Autumn Meeting

Dublin AM logo blueThe 22nd Autumn Meeting of the OSCE PA will take place from 2 to 4 October 2024 in Dublin, Ireland. Hosted by the Oireachtas, the Autumn Meeting will include a Parliamentary Conference, a meeting of the Mediterranean Forum, and a meeting of the Standing Committee.

All meetings will take place in The Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD).

Registration

Secretaries of Delegations should register participants via the OSCE PA Registration Portal by Wednesday, 4 September.

A provisional List of Participants will be made available. To enable the OSCE PA International Secretariat to issue the final list and to ensure the accuracy of its contents, national delegations are kindly requested to indicate any corrections to the provisional list at the Registration desk.

Badge Collection, Identification and Security

Secretaries of Delegations are kindly asked to collect accreditation badges for their delegations from the Registration Desk at the Convention Centre between 14:00 and 19:00 on Tuesday, 1 October and distribute the badges to their delegates before their arrival at the CCD on Wednesday, 2 October. This will facilitate considerably their access to the venue. Participants not in possession of their accreditation badge will be required to go through security check.

All participants are requested to wear their identity badges at all meetings and social events. Identity badges will be needed to access all conference events. Loss of identity badges should be reported immediately to the conference staff at the Registration Desk.

For security reasons, all participants, observers, delegation staff, and members of the press must also be able to show their identity card or passport upon request.

Passports and Visas

A Schengen visa or UK visa is not valid for travel to Ireland.

Check if you need a visa to travel to Ireland at www.ireland.ie/en/dfa/visas-for-ireland.

If you need a visa, apply online at www.visas.inis.gov.ie/AVATS and allow at least 8 weeks for your application to be processed.

Documentation and Copying Services

The OSCE PA International Secretariat will send electronic documentation folders in PDF format to all delegations. Most of the documents related to the Autumn Meeting will be available on the event app and the OSCE PA website and on the event app.

A limited number of documents will be printed. Secretaries of Delegations are advised to print documents in advance.

Printers and photocopying machines will be at the disposal of the Secretaries of Delegations in The Convention Centre.

Interpretation

During the Autumn Meeting simultaneous interpretation will be provided in the six official languages of the OSCE: English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish. No additional languages can be accommodated.

Catering

Lunch will be available to purchase in The Convention Centre on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd October.

Health and Safety

If you have symptoms of Covid-19, or if you think you have been in close contact with someone who has Covid-19, please follow the advice provided by the Health Service Executive (HSE) of Ireland: www2.hse.ie/conditions/covid19.

If a member of your delegation needs medical attention at the conference, speak to a member of The Convention Centre staff who will arrange first aid. Any illness requiring medical treatment is the responsibility of the individual.

Call 112 or 999 if someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
