Milana Ozerina joined the OSCE PA office in Vienna in October 2024.
She holds a Master's degree in international relations in the field of scientific technologies, trade and industry from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
Prior to joining the OSCE PA, she held roles at organizations such as Rosatom Technical Academy, the International Atomic Energy Agency, and the BRICS Youth Energy Agency. Her responsibilities included organizing high-profile training events, developing strategic documents and analytic reports, and engaging in international nuclear policy discussions. She also completed a research fellowship at the Arms Control Negotiation Academy 2023-2024.
Milana speaks Russian and English, has a good knowledge of Chinese, and is currently learning German.
