Mykyta Poturaiev was born in Dnipro, Ukraine on September 4, 1970.

In 1992 graduated Dnipro national university, philology faculty. Mr. Poturaiev has PhD. degree in political science.

Mr. Poturaiev is a  media and political expert. He worked in different media holdings and NPO’s at high-level positions and held the position of the First Deputy Chairman of the National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting. 

He is the co-founder of the Quantum Futures Lab, NGO that focuses on problems and challenges of Ukrainian development in global context.

Mr. Poturaiev was advisor for Mr.Volodymyr Zelensky’s, Presidential campaign and “Sluga narodu” election campaign for Ukrainian Parliament. Elected to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of IX Convocation.

In the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of IX Convocation was elected Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy.

Member of the Parliament of Ukraine, elected in 2019 from ‘Servant of the People’ Political Party, Member of the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Member of the Permanent Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE PA), Deputy Member of the Ukrainian part of the Parliamentary Committee of the Association EU-Ukraine.

2019-2022 was Chairperson of the Sub-committee on Rules of Parliamentary Procedure Committee on Rules of Procedure, Parliamentary Ethics and Administration of Verkhovna Rada’s Work.

Prior to his election as a member of parliament,worked about 13 years in the Parliament (co-author of the more than 200 bills in almost all areas of law, dozens of them got adopted into existing laws), and before that in government agencies: the State Committee for Natural Resources, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Economy and European Integration and the Ministry of Industrial Policy.

Не was volunteer adviser (assistant) to the Minister of Agrarian Policy, the Minister of Transport, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, the Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration.

Author of analytical publications in scientific journals and popular Ukrainian media on various topics of economic and socio-political life of the country, including on privatization, management of state enterprises, corporate reform, assessment procedures, administrative responsibility, finance, taxation, information policy, ways to increase the objectivity of the media and others.

Ms. Iryna Gerashchenko has been serving as a Member of Parliament of Ukraine since 2007. In 2016-2019, she held position of the First Vice-Speaker of the Parliament being the first female in Ukraine’s history elected to the post.

Ms. Gerashchenko is a co-founder of the Equal Opportunities parliamentary caucus launched in 2011 with the aim of gender policy promoting, women's rights advancing, and legislative implementation of gender equality.

From 2014 to 2019, Iryna Gerashchenko served as the President’s Commissioner for the peaceful settlement of the situation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. In 2015, she was appointed as the Representative of Ukraine in the Humanitarian Sub-group of the Trilateral Contact Group in Minsk which was formed to facilitate diplomatic resolution of the war in the Donbas region. Hundreds of Ukrainian hostages and POWs were released as a result of the Group’s efforts.

In 2019, Ms. Gerashenko became co-founder of the national initiative Security. Women. Peace Platform. Its goal is to involve women in the defense and security sector and the peacekeeping process.

Before her political career, Ms. Gerashchenko was a seasoned media professional awarded the Merited Journalist of Ukraine Award.

Mr. Alieksieiev is the Member of Ukrainian Parliament representing European Solidarity Party. At the Parliament, he serves as the Head of the Sub-Committee on the Activities of Law Enforcement Agencies, Committee on Law Enforcement. Mr. Alieksieiev is the Co-Head of the Group for Inter-Parliamentary Relations with the Italian Republic. Mr. Alieksieiev was named "Legal Counsel of the Year - 2012" and "An Honored Lawyer of Ukraine." Additionally, he is a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He has expertise in many public policy areas including judicial reform, anti-corruption reform, and human rights. Mr. Alieksieiev has more than 20 years of experience working in human rights. He had drafted numerous legislative amendments on human rights and the removal of corruption from the public sector.
