COPENHAGEN, 19 July 2012 – OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President Riccardo Migliori today released the following statement in the wake of a terrorist attack that killed seven people at the Burgas Airport in Bulgaria. (in italiano qui sotto)

"The terrorist attack against Israeli tourists in Bulgaria hurts the dignity of mankind. No political reason can justify such savagery.

"The OSCE PA expresses condolences to the families affected and to the Parliament of Israel, our partner country.

"We express solidarity with our colleagues, including the Delegation of Bulgaria, which was so harshly hit by this event.

"In remembrance of the innocent victims of Burgas, we reconfirm the commitment against every kind of violence and for dialogue among peoples."
