The international election observation is a joint mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA), the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, and the European Parliament (EP). The observation mission totals 811 observers from 45 countries, including 719 ODIHR-deployed experts, long-term, and short-term observers, 61 parliamentarians and staff from the OSCE PA, 17 from NATO PA, and 15 from the European Parliament.
