Mr. Artur Gerasymov, Special Co-ordinator and Leader of the short-term OSCE observer mission SOFIA, 2 April 2021 – International observers will hold a news conference to present their findings following the parliamentary elections in Bulgaria.

Due to social distancing requirements, only 25 journalists will be able to attend the press conference in person, while all others will have the opportunity to watch and ask questions via zoom. Broadcast media wishing to film the press conference will be prioritised for personal attendance.

Mr. Pascal Allizard, Head of the OSCE PA Observer DelegationThe international election observation is a joint mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA), and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). The observation mission totals 93 observers from 32 countries, including 27 ODIHR-deployed experts and long-term observers, 44 parliamentarians and staff from the OSCE PA, and 22 from PACE.
